To us there are few things as annoying as when you email a letter to a doctor seeking his or her advices as to whether helping people with particular problems is within their areas of expertise, and you never get any indication that your email even gets to the doctor – all you get is a reply from front desk people not answering your letter in any way but hassling you, trying to get you to make an appointment.
