These sorts of things are so typical of NSW Health under Ms Jillian Skinner – it often seems to be hopelessly organised and not to be relied upon. When they ring you and tell you to pick someone up in 30 minutes and they should have told you 90 minutes, it indicates they are having problems. It almost seems as though you have to wait until the person you are picking up rings you and tells you, “I’m ready to be picked up NOW.”
