Our experience with Ramsay Health Care is that the way they do things is that they call anyone who complains about something that’s happened in one of their hospitals an outrageous liar and that they strenuously deny that anything that’s complained about has actually happened.
But this way of doing things is a bit harder to follow when the thing complained about has been have been found to have happened by the NSW Medical Professional Standards Committee after a full hearing lasting 4 days.
Our guess is that in these circumstances Ramsay won’t enter into any correspondence about the matter, will ignore any letters sent to it.
