Ramsay Health Care – dealing with 3

We believe that if an organisation wants us to deal with them that we are entitled to expect that if we email them raising concerns about any aspect of their organisation that they will, (1) acknowledge emails sent to them promptly, and, (2) subsequently address our concerns in an honest and upfront way within a reasonable time.

In this respect Ramsay Health Care score 0 out of 10, couldn’t be worse.

A doctor, after a 4 day hearing considering the facts, which are almost unbelievable, is reprimanded “in the strongest possible terms” by the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission for her conduct, yet she continues to work in the hospital, we write to Ramsay in three separate emails raising concerns about this, and 13 days later – absolutely nothing!

We repeat – 0 out of 10, couldn’t be worse.
